Who is Ian?
From playing instruments to production and engineering to live sound installation, music has always been in Ian’s life. After playing in orchestra and rock bands, he switched his focus to production/beatmaking later in high school. Since then he’s produced music of nearly all genres, but has always had a special bend toward instrumental hip hop and intimate, heartfelt rap. Since releasing his first album, “For Those I Love”, Ian has performed all over the South and West Coast of the U.S. (most notably at Controllerise in Atlanta) and also has collaborations with artist internationally. In addition to mixing and producing instrumentals for other artists, Ian released “aRnBee fLiPz vol. 1” , an instrumental beat tape focused on the ups and downs of love. Now, Ian is focused on helping others get their sound right through engineering and his weekly live show “Findin’ Grooves” .
